We can supply you all kind parts made by grey cast iron, nodular cast iron and vermicular cast iron, stainless steel, steel parts on our foundries as casted, painted and machined. We already have been manufacturing and supplying many parts to the European customers on automotive, electrical, civil engineering machinery, machine building and agricultural sectors. On the foundries; we are using automatic molding machine, furan resin molding systems, shell molding and hand molding. It has given us very flexible manufacturing abilities. With this way, we can cover our customer all kind demands on small and bulk order volumes. All foundries have been ISO quality certificates. On the foundries; we have pattern making, core production, shot blasting, heat treatment, painting units. Also; we have all kind quality control equipments like spectrometer, quick lab, hardness tester, micrometers, and gauges etc. We already have been supplying raw and machined parts to our European customers. The parts are flywheels, exhaust manifolds, brake drums, brake discs, brake components, axles, gear box bodies, gear box covers for automotive industry, pump bodies, control valve bodies and covers for waterworks, irrigation, fire control systems, building industry etc., bodies, tables, carriages for machinery industry (like band saw cutting machinery, radial drilling machinery etc.)
